Dr. Jorge Baujin joined the practice in 1992. He is a graduate of the New Jersey School of Medicine and Dentistry and was awarded a Citation Award for his service and accomplishments to the geriatric community. He graduated in 1988 from College of Mount Saint Vincent with a bachelors degree in biology and minor in chemistry.

He is the proud father of two amazing and loving children.

Dr. Baujin is a member of the Litchfield Dental Society. He has served as president multiple times as well as other positions within the society directing committee.

He is a member of the Connecticut State Dental Association and has served on its Peer Review Committee for many years.

He is a Life Member of the American Dental Association having an organizational affiliation for more than 30 years.

He has been a volunteer dentist for The Brooker Memorial Children Dental Clinic, and serves on its Dental Steering Board, Dental committee, and its Board of Managers. He has organized and participated in many school and committee sponsored “C.h.I.P.” programs, as well as community outreach programs.

Dr. Baujin enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry in our Torrington and New Hartford Offices. He enjoys his continuing education studies as well as implementing new skills and technology.

Dr. Baujin lives in Torrington. He is active in the Boy Scouts of America (Scouting America) and has served as an Assistant Scout Master of Troop 3, Cub Master of Pack 3, committee member, and past district chairperson. He has participated in facilitating and organizing several district and multi-district events and Camporees. He is a member of the Order of the Arrow.

He enjoys volunteering at Camp Workcoeman as well as teaching merit badges. His son Noah is an Eagle Scout, and his Daughter Ada is the recipient of the Girl Scout Gold Award.

He is also a member and volunteer of B.P.O.E of Elk’s Lodge No. 372 since 1992.

Dr. Baujin is a active parishioner and trustee of St. Maron Maronite Church. He has taught catechism and serves on the parish council.

Dr. Baujin enjoys camping, kayaking and hiking. When the garden is pruned and watered you’ll find him in the garage working on his Jeep and Chevy.

Dr. Sergio Sanchez is a qualified dental practitioner who obtained his Dental Degree from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia School of Dentistry in 2004. After completing his dental program, Dr. Sanchez proceeded to pursue a Diplomaed certification in Dental Esthetics from the School of Peruvian Dentistry. Subsequently, in 2008, he was accepted into the prestigious Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at the University of Connecticut (UConn) School of Dental Medicine, where he completed two years of residency, followed by an additional AEGD Fellowship in 2011. Upon completing his residency, Dr. Sanchez was appointed as a clinical instructor for the AEGD program at UConn School of Dental Medicine, where he was responsible for providing dental services to Health Care Community Centers. In 2016, Dr. Sanchez was promoted to Assistant Professor and Program Director of the AEGD residency program. Dr. Sanchez's academic and professional achievements are a testament to his dedication and commitment to the dental profession.

As Program Director of the AEGD residency program, Dr. Sanchez was tasked with numerous administrative responsibilities, including clinical supervision, teaching, and didactic courses for over 30 residents annually. Additionally, he managed the dental Emergency Services offered at UConn School of Dental Medicine and John Dempsey Hospital. Dr. Sanchez was also responsible for providing dental care to patients with acquired and developmental disabilities in the Operating Room at the John Dempsey Hospital and dental treatment to patients at the UConn SDM faculty practice. In recognition of his exceptional performance, Dr. Sanchez was awarded the Hospital Medical Staff Award of Excellence by John Dempsey Hospital in 2019.

Dr. Sanchez was welcomed as a part-time Associate Dentist at our esteemed dental practice located in Torrington, CT, in February of 2021. In 2022, Dr. Sanchez was invited to join our team as a full-time provider and accepted the offer without hesitation. Subsequently, he was presented with a partner position, which he accepted in 2023.

Dr. Sanchez is an active member of several professional dental organizations, including the Hartford Dental Society, Connecticut Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Team of Implantology.

Dr. Sanchez was born and raised in Peru. When he's not practicing dentistry, he loves spending quality time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys playing video games, traveling, bike riding, and playing pickleball.

Dr. Dane Lawrence, originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica, embarked on a journey of education and service that eventually led him to Philadelphia, PA. After earning his B.S. in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in Miami, Florida, he pursued his Doctorate degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Lawrence further honed his skills through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, specializing in cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, root canals, surgical procedures, and implant placement.

Throughout his academic journey, Dr. Lawrence has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to teaching and leadership. He served as a Clinical Teaching Assistant in the fixed prosthodontics, pediatric and operative dentistry clinics at Tufts. Additionally, Dr. Lawrence was selected for a prestigious Esthetic Dentistry Selective where he was exposed to esthetic and advanced operative clinical cases. Driven by a passion for community outreach, Dr. Lawrence has serviced underrepresented populations at Community Health Services in Hartford, CT, and The Charles River Community Health Center in Brighton, Massachusetts. Dr. Lawrence has volunteered at Florida Mission of Mercy and Mexican Children’s Day, aiming to educate underserved communities about the importance of oral health care. Recognized for his exceptional achievements, Dr. Lawrence has been honored with prestigious awards such as the Dr. Frederick A. Romberg Endowed Prize Recognizing Outstanding Personal and Professional Growth award and the Society for Color and Appearance in Dentistry Award. He is an active member of professional organizations such as the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society, Student National Dental Association, and American Dental Association.

With a solid foundation in education, leadership, and community service, Dr. Lawrence is dedicated to providing comprehensive oral health care and making a positive impact in the field of dentistry. Beyond his practice, he finds joy in the company of family and friends, passionately supports Philadelphia sports teams and Arsenal, and maintains an active lifestyle through running, soccer, and gym sessions. Dr. Lawrence eagerly anticipates each patient encounter, poised to establish meaningful connections and embark on journeys toward healthier, happier smiles together.

Dr. Gabrielle Reed is an Illinois native and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia. In just her three years there, she majored in Health Sciences and received a multicultural certificate. She was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and certificate in Public Health from A.T. Still University - Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health (ATSU-MOSDOH) in St. Louis. During this time, Dr. Reed immersed herself in multiple leadership roles. She was the class treasurer under the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) and historian of the dental fraternity, Delta Sigma Delta (ΔΣΔ).

In addition, her representation as an ambassador was influential in the recruitment and interview process for her dental program. Dr. Reed received recognition for her leadership roles, academic achievements, and case implementation from the American Academy of Osseointegration - Outstanding Student in Implant Dentistry Award.

Following, she completed additional training at Hartford Hospital as a General Practice Resident. Here she expanded her skills in root canals, crowns, fillings, extractions, dentures, partials and restoring implants. In addition, she has experience treating patients in the operating room. Other duties included treating intraoral infections and dentoalveolar fractures in the emergency department. Dr. Reed is a dedicated professional with a passion for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.

She remains an active member in the following organizations: the American Dental Association (ADA), Delta Sigma Delta, Academy of Osseointegration, Connecticut State Dental Association, Litchfield Dental Society and Hartford Dental Society.

Passionate about providing comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, Dr. Reed enjoys the diverse challenges that dentistry presents. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling and exploring the beauties of the east coast. A goal of hers is to visit all 50 States before the age of fifty. She also enjoys adult recreational leagues as well as running, biking, hiking, and lifting. In the colder months of the year you can find her baking and doing puzzles.

Logan started her career in dentistry in 2014 and earned her Certificate in Dental Assisting from Tunxis Community College. She then advanced her career and earned her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Tunxis Community College in 2017. Logan loves treating patients of all ages, her specialties include pediatrics and periodontics!

Logan’s Favorite part of her job is individualizing each patients care and building a strong rapport.

When not in the office Logan and her husband Adam enjoy exercising, home improvement projects, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Karen is a registered dental hygienist and has been in the field for about 30+ years as an assistant for 10 years then graduating with a degree in Dental Hygiene for 21 years .

She graduated from the University of New Haven. She is patient - focused , driven to provide a personable experience along with the highest quality of care possible . Karen enjoys building relationships with her patients and educating them on the importance of their overall health..

Karen is married with two beautiful boys. She has a love for animals! She enjoys spending time with her family boating and enjoying her 2 Boston Terriers.

Alyssa graduated as a dental hygienist in 2019 from the University of Bridgeport. She lives in Torrington with her husband. Together they spend most their time up in the mountains, or fishing fresh and salt water. Along with hygiene, Alyssa also helps with the office’s orthodontic therapy using CandidPro Clear Aligners.

Desiree graduated with her Associate of Science degree from Tunxis Community College Dental Hygiene program. As a dental hygienist, she takes pride in playing an integral role in assisting individuals in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health. She is very easy to talk to and has a gentle hand during the clinical treatment process. Desiree keeps busy with many activities and sports involving her three children, but also takes time to relax and spend time on the lake with her family and friends.

Joann has been a hygienist with Artistic Dental Medicine since 2019. She has been in the dental field for 29 years.

She had studied at the University of New Haven. Joann has three beautiful children and two Labrador retrievers. Her and her husband enjoy spending time with the family and taking hikes with the dogs.

Joann‘s goal is always to build relationships in her career and to help patients to have the best oral care possible.

Holvin has worked as a Dental Hygienist for 15 years and before that as a Dental Assistant for 11. Lives in Windsor Locks, CT where he enjoys walking on the Windsor Locks Canal Trail with his Blue/Gold Macaw named Amy. He enjoys reading and watching fantasy stories, and working on his old house.

Laurie graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a degree in detail hygiene in 2011. Prior to being a hygienist she was a dental assistant.

She is married with four kids and one dog named Sophie. She loves spending time with her family, hiking and reading.

Irsida Omeri graduated from Lincoln College of New England with a Dental Hygiene Associate of Science degree in 2016.  She is dedicated to improve the health of her patients, educate them and provide dental care in a comfortable setting.
Irsida is married and has 3 daughters.  They all enjoy spending time together  traveling and creating great memories.

Lisa has been with Artistic Dental Medicine since 2020. She has over 8 years of experience as a dental assistant. Lisa is passionate about helping our patients create beautiful smiles and helping them to feel comfortable during their dental appointments. In her free time she enjoys being out outside, crafting and spending time with friends and family.

Ava graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant from Tunxis Community College and did her clinical rotations at UConn Health. She has a dog named Stevie, loves music and cooking, and enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends.

Brenda has been in the dental field for 29 years. She is Married and is a mother of 5 children and a grandmother to 6 also the owner to a small chihuahua.

She has been a part of our practice for 16 years.In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Shannon has been with our practice since 2018. She is a very skilled assistant and has been in the field 27 years.

She lives in Winsted with her two sons and two cats, Zoey and Joey.

She has three very handsome boys and two grandsons. She enjoys spending time with her family and absorbing the grandbabies as much as possible.

Nancy has been with this practice for well over 35+ years. She is experience with every doctor that’s ever worked here and every doctor that is here currently. This is Nancy’s home. Nancy’s goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and to make sure all dental procedures run efficiently.

Nancy and her husband have two grown boys. Nancy’s past time is sporting events with her family. She is an avid Raiders football fan. And if you ask Nancy what her favorite color is it would be purple!

Kirsten has been working at Artistic Dental Medicine for 3 Years. She works to keep sterilization up to date and provides assistance for the Doctors and Hygienists. In her free time, Kirsten collects records and cassettes. She also loves spending time with her family.
